raw_ice_conc_values = sea ice concentration estimates, as retrieved by the OSI SAF hybrid algorithm, that were edited away (sic set to zero) by the screening listed in the status_flag variable
smearing_uncertainty = estimate of the smearing uncertainty for the sea ice concentration retrieved by the OSI SAF algorithm
total_uncertainty = estimate of the total uncertainty for the sea ice concentration retrieved by the OSI SAF algorithm
